These bad boys are back on the CakeAway today - soooooo good, defo a fave all round here at HQ! A layer of apple nestles underneath the salted caramel giving the perfect balance of sweetness and that buttery crumble is just 🤌🏼😋. This will also be on the table on Saturday at MSN Farmers Market - we’ll be there 9am-1pm at Hollies Gardens with this and a tonne of other treats on the table…schedule a visit now to get your weekend snackage!

These little critters are so satisfying and delicious! Essentially a flapjack type base packed with fruit, nuts and seeds and then absolutely loaded with more post-bake! A treat with some actual dietary benefits!! Available on the CakeAway now! (psssst - they’re also plant based too🌱! We’re not very good at special diets so we’re quite pleased with these😌!)

Now this is a fizzy and fun way to start the week! Cheesecake for 11sis tomorrow morning anyone? (or even breakfast- no judgment here!)… this is one of our fridge set cheesecakes as opposed to being baked so this one is egg free and also is made without gluten but has oodles of summer fruit and Prosecco in so BERRY delish obvs! This along with other treats to iron the Cake Away for another week tomorrow (however you completely cleared us out last week so a few of the usuals won’t be on sale until after lunch, so don’t hurry down too quickly!!)

🍒🍫 ok, calm down… this was a customer order for this morning, so what happens generally these days is that we’ll make another one for the CakeAway… so it’s on the counter now, cherry infused brandy drizzled over rich chocolate sponge, sandwiching together cherry compote, brandy soaked cherries and oodles of fresh cream and finished with a grating of chocolate and Amarena cherries… who’s in?! Available from us at HQ (BA3 5GY) until 5ish today and then tomorrow morning (closed after lunch tomorrow)

One of our absolute staples at the farmers market, the Bakewell Tart always sells out and for good reason… delicious all butter enriched pastry case containing a jammy fruity bottom underneath a deliciously almondy frangipane layer, studded with more fruit- eat as it is or warm it up and serve with a doll top of ice-cream or custard (or both - no judgement here!). The different crumble bars have really been popular over the last few weeks on the CakeAway and for this latest batch made yesterday we thought we’d go back to the OG flavour - this is the one that stopped us in our tracks and all the others stem from here! Gorgeous bright red raspberry filling which has a delicious tang as well as being berry-tastic - the latest item to be added to the CakeAway this week!

Look who’s turned up at the CakeAway today! Always a firm favourite- delicious fruity topping with a chocolate base makes for a beautifully textured and flavoured bar… it’s coincidentally made without gluten or dairy which is a win if you need to avoid those ingredients, but even if you don’t, it’s still delish!
