Shiitake mushroom bread test #2.

Texture is amazing, needs more shiitake flavour.

It still makes for an amazing tomato and mayonnaise sandwich though, my favourite childhood snack 😋.

I could eat my body weights worth of this bread! Once you try my sandwich bread, there is no going back to shop bought!

I hope to be able to do bigger batches in the future, in order to bring the cost down!

Attempt number 2 at making this Shiitake mushroom bread! I will succeed one of these times!

Maybe I’m just using these experiments as an excuse to eat the bread 😆 The mushroom powder smells incredible and adds such an amazing flavour!
