Also this weekend we created this pretty and effective top tier with 50 cupcakes at Springfields Events Centre. Sugarpaste domed toppers with individual sugar blossoms on the cupcakes and a pretty layered effect to the top tier with my hand crafted sugar roses and leaves 💜

Set up in the beautiful barn at Knights Hill Hotel in Kings Lynn… 2 double barrelled tiers of sponge with a tier of fruit cake on top, covered in navy blue sugarpaste with gold accents and my sugar rose and foliage to finish it off 💙

Sage green has definitely been the colour theme of choice this year. Lyndsey and Sam chose a beautiful 3 tier cake with sugar roses and eucalyptus on a floral hoop.

In addition they had 72 personalised iced biscuit favours for each guest in matching colour and decoration

A couple of weeks ago it was Simon & Lizzie’s turn for their big day. It may have been raining outside but the venue and colour scheme was so bright and cheery it didn’t matter (& my favourite colour so I loved it)

3 tiers of white iced perfection with edible lace and shimmer spray and sprays of my handmade pink roses and foliage. She stood perfectly on my hoop stand.

Plus my iced biscuits stamped with a personalised embosser with matching bows for favours for each guest.

When I was asked to deliver and set up a wedding cake in the potato shed of the family farm I have to admit, I was a little surprised/concerned… But…. When I arrived on Saturday and saw the transformation of the ‘shed’ I was totally blown away 🩷🩷

Such an amazing venue that was personal and perfect for this couple. Every little detail had been thought out and we could’ve been in any other first class venue that we’ve had the pleasure to set up in

Bryonie & George chose a 3 tier white cake with delicate harvest stencil detail to the bottom tier and iridescent sparkles to the middle tier.
They had a personalised clay topper made to include their horse, dog and tractor (not made by me) to match the rural farming theme.
