I'm a home-based business and registered with Rochford Council
I provide a cake making and cake decorating service for all occasions, be it for a large wedding event or a small afternoon tea. A vast choice of cake flavours are available from Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Fruit, Carrot, Madeira and many more. Anything you don't see but would like just give me a shout, I'm a friendly mummy so I

won't bite. If prefer to speak to me in person about your requirements I'm always happy to arrange a meeting in my home and provide a little taster.

Thought I'd share my tip of the day

Over whipped your cream and its split?? Don't throw it away!

Continue to whip it until it seperates (curds and whey)

Sieve off the liquid and re-beat the solid then repeat

Form together in your hand and voila you have butter.

The liquid is buttermilk so no wastage :-)

'Macmillan Coffee Afternoon' will be held in Old Corringham 8th October from 1pm :-)
Come for tea/coffee and cake or just pop in to pick up some yummy treats if no time to stay, all we ask is for a donation to this fantastic cause.
