Congratulations to Maisie and Alex who were married at The Lawn on Saturday. They celebrated in glorious sunshine with this naked, 4 tiers wedding cake decorated with fresh fruit, fresh flowers and a generous sprinkling of icing sugar.

Their tiers were raspberry and almond, raspberry and white chocolate, strawberries and champagne, and Biscoff and by all accounts it went down very well with all their guests.

Please note, all fresh flowers were carefully prepared using posy picks to avoid any contact with the cake and were removed before serving.

Congratulations to Katy and Taz who were married at the weekend at Mulberry House. Their cake featured whitened butter icing with a groove texture, accented with artificial flowers and a pretty personalised topper.

They had 2 tiers of chocolate sponge, layered with chocolate butter icing and a tier of traditional sponge, layered with butter icing and raspberry jam.

Congratulations to Chanel and Ricky who were married in Colchester at the weekend. They celebrated with this 2 tier ganache iced wedding cake, decorated with artificial flowers, edible pearl sprinkles and laser cut acrylic cake charm. Their sponges were traditional sponge and red velvet.

Huge congratulations to Jamie and Alan who were married at The Lawn at the end of March. Their "semi-naked" butter iced cake featured faux sunflowers and foliage, acrylic topper and hand-made icing models of their very special dogs. The cakes were a mix of Strawberries & Champagne, Chocolate, and Lemon & Elderflower, which all continue to be very popular choices.

Elegant natural simplicity and the prettiest of little blue flowers.

It was such a pleasure to have the opportunity to create this cake for Maria's 50th Birthday celebrations, featuring delicate blue stencilling over a raw edge fondant, wooden topper and one of my personal favourites - hand-crafted sugar forget-me-nots.

Thinking about planning your Autumn themed wedding for next year or beyond? Here's a look at Maddie and Josh's cupcake tower from their wedding in November at Maidens Barn Wedding Venue Essex. Their pretty orange themed cupcakes were topped with butter icing swirls & fresh fruit and were complemented by a variety of pretty cupcake wrapper ideas such as hessian, laser cut wrapper, coordinated bows and lace. The cupcakes fitted perfectly on my signature woodslice cupcake stand which has been an extremely popular choice recently with many of my couples.

Welcoming in 2026 with my first wedding cake for Anne and Peter, who were married at The Lawn last weekend. Their lovely dusky blue theme was complemeted by their 3 tier wedding cake featuring soft airbrushing, stencilling, a pretty personalised cake charm, ruffled heart topper, delicate icing butterflies and faux flowers. They had 3 flavours - Chocolate Orange, Strawberries & Champagne and Lemon & Elderflower which were all layered with indulgent ganache. Sending huge congratulations to Anne and Peter and wishing them both every happiness for the future.

James & Holly's butter icing wedding cake was a mix of 3 popular flavours, Chocolate Orange, Biscoff and Lemon & Elderflower. Their cake featuring delicate stencilled butter icing, wire topper and non-edible fresh flowers (please note, all flowers are carefully prepared to avoid sap transfer to cake and are removed before serving).
