My first attempt at a fruit cake! Not to bad other than it sank, my fault for opening the oven and being too inpatient lol. However the flavour was great and my other half loved his requested birthday cake lol x

All ready for those mothers day celebrations. Our handmade afternoon teas also included finger sandwiches, sausage rolls and mini quiches.

I know we are a bit late to the pass, but here is our heart shaped cheesecakes ready for that special someone for valentines. These are now available to be preordered. We have lots of different flavours to choose from.
This one is our Biscoff Bananza

These are for collection only from hockley, Essex over the valentines long weekend.
They are 8.5' cheesecakes. So great for sharing/celebrations.

Our first drip cheesecake. Im so happy woth how it turned out. This is heading to a very special boy as a gift during his isolation.

This is our vanilla cheesecake/digestive base with chocolate spread, chocolate ganache, whipped cream, mini crunchies.
