(and yes, that’s exactly how it’s meant to be said)

Cured, seasoned and slow-roasted pork with rosemary, garlic & black pepper, packed into our toasted SCHIACCIATA with our homemade salsa verde 😉

Matt knows the Friday routine already: Porchetta sandwich in hand, stroll through Hitchin Market by the River Hiz.

After 10+ years in professional kitchens between Italy and the UK, Simone built Flour21 and the Pasta Club around handmade food done properly.

If you know us from the market or from Pasta Club at home, tomorrow is a little different.
For the first time, Simone will be cooking and serving our fresh pasta live at the Walsworth Festival.

On the menu:
- Ravioli alla carbonara
- Fresh tagliatelle
- and a few proper Italian extras.

Fresh pasta, cooked by the person who actually makes it every week.

Can’t wait to feed you all.

We’ve been doing a lot of thinking behind the scenes recently - some of it going back to this moment.

Over the past months, we’ve tried our best to absorb rising costs where we could, keeping things as steady as possible. But with ingredients, utilities and day-to-day running costs continuing to increase, we’ve reached a point where we need to make a small adjustment to our prices.

From tomorrow, our pastries will increase by 25p (for example, from £3.50 to £3.75), and our pizza slices and sandwiches will increase by 50p.

This isn’t something we take lightly. Everything is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same care and quality we’ve always put into it.

Thank you, as always, for your support - it genuinely means a lot to us 💙

Freshly baked, always 😋

We follow the seasons, so things change week to week…
but a few things you’ll always find with us: focaccia, pizza romana, and our porchetta (if you know, you know 😉).
On the pastry side - veneziana, cinnamon roll, pain suisse are here to stay, alongside whatever the season brings.

Everything baked fresh for the market.

If you love wine, this one’s for you 🍷

We’re really proud of this local business collab with - you can find our freshtly baked sourdough focaccia, perfect with a glass (or two).

You’ll also find our Flour21 pizza slices there on weekends 👀

Such a lovely spot for a catch-up or a chilled evening in the heart of Hitchin.

Meet our Porchetta Sandwich.

Italian Porchetta ➡️ cured first, then slow-roasted with rosemary, black pepper and garlic.
Homemade (of course).

Our Schiacciata toasted to order,
topped with our Flour21 salsa verde.

Simple, fresh, authentic.

We’re off for a few days, but…
you can still find this beauty on 16th April at Hitchin Street Food, 4–9pm

Back at 📍 Hitchin Market from Friday 17th.
