After a rough beginning of the week, with unbearable heat that made me ask many questions about my existence as a bakery owner, we got to a happy place where we shared ideas, created a few nice things, started to make our small dreams true (step by step - more on this soon) and I would say now - I am in a happy place now, excited for what’s to come and ecstatic that the heat is over. Great work this week team!🧡🧡

Thank you everyone who came to another successful workshop today (number 6 for us!). Yet another wonderful bunch of people brought together by food. I hope you have many successful bakes!
We are sold out of any more spaces at the moment and will be booking autumn dates at the beginning of July. 🧡

Hey bread and pastry lovers. Just checking in here as I have only added a few bits and bobs on stories. All good here on the farm, we are working slowly on changing some things around. I am also looking forward to running another bread workshop tomorrow (there are a few spaces for August one available on the website). Also, on 25th April Lannock Farm will be filled with many people and traders for our seasonal Spring Market so come along!
Thank you for another week, it was slightly quieter which gave everyone a chance to recharge, see you soon!

It was great to see some sunshine in the bakery over the last weekend.
As I am settling in back home after the short trip to Stockholm, I am just slightly jealous of the slower life they seem to live over there and longing for sunshine and warmth (which are coming I think!) 🧡
