Hello everyone, I hope you're having a lovely weekend 💚

I wanted to update you all...I am taking an extended break at the moment. We will no longer be taking online orders for the time being. Life is very busy at the moment and I hope to be back soon when I can put all my attention and energy back in Baker Rhi !

Thank you all for your support and kindness so far, I have loved watching Baker Rhi grow into what it has today 🥰

A lovely custom brookie platter dropped off this morning 🤎
therapies requested some brookies for her clients to enjoy after their massage, such a lovey idea 🥰 I even managed to pinch one and they were delicious!!🫠

❤ 🌹 Our valentine's day menu is here 🌹❤

We have two options this year to show your partner or family member how much you love and appreciate them....

1) 'I love you' brookie box - delicious double choc brookies complete with homemade chocolate hearts 🤎 = £15

2) Valentine's XL cookie slice - a delicious milk + white cookie heart shaped base with some frosting and homemade chocolate decorations 💟 = £15

We will be offering free delivery in Hitchin on Sunday the 12th of Feb, collection is also available!

Please order via our online shop or send us a message if you have any queries or for allergen info. Available to order now until Friday 3rd of Feb 🤍

Happy new year to all our lovely followers 🎉

We have been a little quiet on here, recouperating from a busy christmas and celebrating Kyle's birthday🥳

I am currently revamping our menu which will be released later this week. I cannot wait to get back in the kitchen to try out some new ideas! 😋

We are still accepting online orders, please order through the link in our bio or send us a message! We delivered this custom cookie pie a few weeks ago which had a peanut butter and nutella filling - complete with a reeces pieces layer inside 🤤

PS we still offer free delivery locally...🚘

And for the final time this year! It's our last market before we wrap up for 2022 and we've got the old favourites plus some Christmassy flavours Letchworth hasn't seen yet!

We're here until the usual 3pm or sell out and has some fun activities going on today in the town centre so come on down for a little Xmas treat (plus to keep us active so we can stay warm!)

We managed to do a post this time 😂 but we're back for Dunstable Twilight Market round 2 ! It was a sell out performance last night but, in all honesty, I just want to make enough for a very hot chocolate to keep me warm!

We've landed at the Rufus Centre in Flitwick for the Christmas market and it's already starting to liven up!

And to get in the mood, we're showing off our new Christmas flavours announced yesterday so be sure to grab a box while you can!

🎅🎅 FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH 🎅🎅

Christmas is all about giving, so we've given you the best present of all... TWO new flavours!

☃️☃️Check out our Christmas choccy pud balls, a delightful brownie ball mixed with salted caramel frosting, topped with white chocolate and a special Lindt ball hidden inside ☃️☃️

🍪🍪 And our new m&m dipped chocolate cookies with lashings of m&ms, milk chocolate and then.. you guessed it, more m&ms on top! 🍪🍪

We're going to be at the Rufus Centre tomorrow at the Christmas fair, hosted by the lovely lot at . There's going to be some amazing stalls there and everytime we visit Flitwick you guys clear us out!

We can't wait to see you tomorrow and if you can't make it to Flitwick to try these flavours, never fear, we will be bringing them to our usual Dunstable (next week) and Letchworth (week following) spots!

Back at it again! This time in Ampthill for the Christmas light switch on. The lovely and .ampthill are hosting us today.

If you want to find us, we're just at the back of the antique shop with some other amazing sellers and artisans, just come upstairs and you can't miss us!

Did you know it's been exactly one year since we had our first market at Letchworth?? Well, now you know!

Happy birthday to us!

We're set up in Ley's Square as usual on this lovely crisp morning, we here have brought out the reindeer today! So come check them (and us) out from 10am till 4pm (or sell out!)

📸Mum I made it...📸

Last week we were approached by former Dunstable mayor Peter who was keen to do a little write up of our business and how it came about!

While it lacks the twists and turns of a New York Times bestseller (mainly because our story is far from exciting 😂) we're extremely grateful to Peter for reaching out and giving us a bit of the spotlight!

Also fuming I wasn't there on the day with Kyle for the photo...

You can catch us every second Saturday at Dunstable Middle Row and every third at Letchworth!

We've also got many Christmas markets booked in so check out our pinned plans on our page to see what we have coming up... we may be arriving in a town near you pretty soon!
