After 5½ wonderful years, HUBB has now closed its doors permanently. While this isn’t how I ever imagined our story ending, I wanted to take a moment to say the most heartfelt thank you, firstly to me team & my husband for always supporting me and to all of you for making this wonderful journey possible.
Running TLB & HUBB has been one of the greatest joys of my life. When I first took on TLB I never imagined it what it would become. But here we are all these years later and it has become a place filled with laughter, warmth, and connection, a space where so many of you became friends, not just customers.
Like so many small independent businesses, the last few years have been incredibly tough. Rising costs and challenges beyond our control have made it harder and harder to keep going, and sadly, this time we couldn’t find a way through.
Your support has meant the world, every visit, every kind word, every coffee and slice of cake bought made a difference. You’ve helped create something truly special, and I’ll forever be proud of what HUBB became.
Please keep supporting your local independents, they need you now more than ever. Behind every small business is someone pouring their heart into what they do, just like I did here.
