Tiramisu boxes coming soon. Available in traditional coffee, chocolate orange, lemon, raspberry and dark chocolate and Black Forest flavours. Made with fresh ingredients, no cream and not a lot of sugar, these are ridiculously tasty.

Single portion taster tubs will be £3 each, 4 for £10 or £12 for all 5.

It's taken hours and hours of experimenting and trying different recipes, ingredients and techniques but this is the one I'm finally, finally happy with.
The Profitauvent... a rather naughty and anarchic pastry treat consisting of a craquelin covered profiterole baked inside a ring of flaky, full-butter puff pastry, dipped in Belgian white chocolate and chopped, roasted pistachios, then filled with a pistachio cremeux and fresh raspberry sauce.
Other flavours will be available.

Trying some new flavours of choux eggs and profit-au-vents today. Summer fruits with ruby chocolate and pistachio and white chocolate. All are filled with creme patissière flavoured with fresh berries or pistachios and finished with a base of Belgian chocolate.

I made this cake for a baby shower today. 4 layers of delicious vanilla sponge layered with home-made strawberry sauce and covered in silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream.

Another new addition to the upcoming menu. Soft, delicious madeleines with a crispy lemon glaze and a shell of Callebaut Belgian chocolate. One will never be enough.
