2 tiers of chocolate orange and lemon sponges. Handmade bunny for the top using saracinodolci,
I did ask AI to crate a nicer background for it and I think it looks beautiful x

Thought I’d have a go at the dreaded macarons again…. These are the work of the devil (if you know you know).
Anyways, bought myself a nice new FLAT tray from procookuk and boom 🤯 what a game changer!
Look at the feet and bottoms on these 😍 I’ve never had a whole batch turn out so perfectly, it’s got to be the tray ☺️
Might make some more just to see 🤣
Now to fill them and let them mature for a couple of days in the fridge before indulging in one or two 😉
