- Christmas gift tin: containing fererro, biscoff and chocolate orange brownies
The Christmas gift tins will be available for delivery once a week between now and 19th December, see shop for details. Orders can be placed in advance- just specify the week you would like them delivered in the notes on the order!

Spiced apple cake with a brown sugar buttercream, there’s a drizzle of homemade caramel in the middle with the buttercream and apple crisp and pecan topping. It’s basically autumn on a plate!

Grasshopper brownies! I can never get enough of these when I make them and it’s been a good few years since the last batch. But I made these a few weeks ago and they were even better than I remember. Belgian chocolate brownie topped with a white chocolate and mint ganache and then a thin layer of dark mint chocolate. I also added a few mint aero balls to the brownie mix, because why not!

So happy with how last weeks Harry Potter cake order turned out. As a huge Potterhead, I was so excited about making it and had so much fun creating all the details, particularly the wand and sorting hat.

Something naughty for the weekend. Say hello to the fully loaded salted caramel brownie. The usual gooey Belgian chocolate brownies laced with homemade salted caramel but topped with fluffy chocolate buttercream, an assortment of caramel chocolates and more salted caramel sauce. Outrageous!
