Come along to Castlefield Messy Play and Explore session this Thursday at 10:45am-12:00 noon, 3rd September, Stephanie, from the Integrated Therapies Team at Bucks NHS. Stephanie works alongside Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Teams. Stephanie will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have for your child's communication, fine motor skills, sensory processing or mobility".

Best Start in Life recently shared the link to the government guidance on screen time for under 5s. The main message is to limit screen time wherever possible.
- For children under 2, avoid screens except for shared moments like family video calls.
- For ages 2–5, try to keep screen time to 1 hour a day or less.

Just a reminder that from September 2026 at Mapledean Family Hub the Messy Play and Explore sessions will be moving back to a Monday.
The Friday session will remain the same. The last Tuesday Session will be on Tuesday 25th August 2026.
The first Monday session will be on Monday 7th September 9.45 to 11.15am
