This Sunday, our Tenby shop will be open from 5am to fuel everyone heading out to watch or take part in the amazing Ironman event!

We'll be serving teas and coffees bright and early from 5am, and throughout the day you can grab breakfast baps, baguettes, and freshly baked pastries.

Make sure to pop by, and we'll make sure you leave caffeinated and well-fed.
