Ending British Pie Week with this mouth watering venison pot pie!

Venison shoulder is a fabulous cut for these pies, lighter than haunch with a decent amount of connective tissue to melt into the sauce giving a silky finish.

Not made to be shared, these individual pot pies are perfect to serve with mustard mash and sprouts.
