Hey all 😊
One of our students, Sofia Liow, (a blue and white belt) has made it through to the final stage of voting for Rochdale Children's Champion.
She's the only finalist from Heywood, which is a huge achievement considering children from schools all across the borough have been involved in the process.
Voting is happening in schools over the next 3 weeks and every pupil gets the chance to vote.
Sofia is such a lovely girl. She's kind, hard-working and involved in lots of clubs and activities, and she really cares about helping other children and making sure their voices are heard.
If your child is taking part in the vote at school, we'd be really grateful if you could ask them to consider Sofia when they vote.
