A family and dog friendly bakery and café down by the river here in Bishops Stortford. Find us amongst the Millars Maltings building serving freshly made artisan pastries, sourdough loaves, delicious drinks and hearty lunches. With seating inside and out, we have space and something for everyone.

If you love a coffee, pastry and a catch up with pals, this one's for you!

WE'RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT BARISTA!

If you know your flat white from your long black, can steam milk without summoning the gods, and actually enjoy chatting to people before 10am... we should probably talk!

We're looking for a Front of House Barista to join the Crumbs team.

🤝Lovely customers
🎶Good vibes
❤️ Someone who gives a damn about the little things

You'll be part barista, part host, part problem-solver - and probably part therapist by Saturday morning. Experience in specialty coffee / hospitality is a big plus, but personality, energy and genuinely caring about good service matter just as much.

If you're friendly, switched-on, love food & coffee and want to be part of a small independent bakery & café where things are made properly - we'd love to hear from you.
