I am now taking orders for afternoon tea boxes for “The Coronation”. There is a limited amount of boxes so they will have to be ordered. To be collected on Friday 5th May 2023 after 1pm.
£20 per box.
Contents will include:

Sandwiches….Salomon and cucumber, cheese and branston pickle (or tomato) and of course Coronation Chicken

Quiche
Sausage rolls
Air fried scotch egg
Mini pork pie

Homemade fruit scone
Roddas clotted Cream
Raspberry or strawberry jam

Victoria Sponge
Lemon cake.

Yorkshire Tea Bag,
Napkin.

Bajan Banana cake

Coffee and walnut cake
Fruit scones
And hopefully triple chocolate cookies.

I had the absolute pleasure of being asked to make a cake for a special ladies 60th birthday. I love having free reign to do my thing. Layers of lemon sponge with vanilla butter cream.

Been a bit quiet with my posts because of other work commitments but have still been busy with my afternoon tea boxes. Have even whipped up some celebration cakes. With Christmas approaching I will be having festive boxes and treats to offer. So until then here’s a few cakes I’ve made. And remember….Be kind to each other and yourself 💜
