My story began in 2013, after being encouraged by friends and family to set up my own business. Having trained in a number of specific areas of cake baking, sugar craft and sugar modelling, it became clear that my skill and passion lay firmly in small detail, intricate design and beautiful finishes. Based in the fine food County of Herefordshire and Yorkshire, I use only the finest ingredients, an

d every cake is freshly baked in my kitchen. I believe every cake should not only look incredible, but taste terrific too. Being a preferred wedding cake designer for Eastnor Castle, I have enjoyed being able to make some very extravagant wedding cakes, and to date have had the joy of working with brides from Australia, America, Asia, Canada, London, and up and down our Country. I strive for excellence in the entire process, so from our first point of contact, right through to delivery on the day, the experience is completely stress free. I feel it is a real privilege to be part of someone's wedding day, and an honour to be asked to make their wedding cake. Today, we stand with our fellow farmers in petitioning our Government to support us rather than take from us.

The Hancorns have farmed for several generations; it’s a way of life. Farming is not for the faint of heart. Too often, we go misunderstood, accused of more evil than befits us, trying to make ends meet, dictated by the weather and stolen from too many times, but not this time. Please, Labour government, overturn this new legislation that threatens our legacies.

We love what we do. Thank you to all those who stood with us in the cracking times and in the golden times. Because of you, we’re still standing.

A pretty 3 tier white with sugar flowers 🌷

They also chose to have 2 Dessert Cakes, to make sure all their guests got to have some of the delicious Cake.



These cakes can be served with ice cream, cream, warm caramel sauce, Raspberry fruit coulis. What’s not to love ❤️
