My story began in 2013, after being encouraged by friends and family to set up my own business. Having trained in a number of specific areas of cake baking, sugar craft and sugar modelling, it became clear that my skill and passion lay firmly in small detail, intricate design and beautiful finishes. Based in the fine food County of Herefordshire and Yorkshire, I use only the finest ingredients, an
d every cake is freshly baked in my kitchen. I believe every cake should not only look incredible, but taste terrific too. Being a preferred wedding cake designer for Eastnor Castle, I have enjoyed being able to make some very extravagant wedding cakes, and to date have had the joy of working with brides from Australia, America, Asia, Canada, London, and up and down our Country. I strive for excellence in the entire process, so from our first point of contact, right through to delivery on the day, the experience is completely stress free.
