two very busy days at the nest, on my own, we sold out of nearly everything thanks to Jazz for coming in to help out today for 2hrs i was on my knees !!!!!!

its been a hectic couple of weeks but i could not wish for better staff who have rallied round to keep the nest open 7 days a week while i have been ill thank you

BIG thank you to Lewis for holding the fort open on sunday by hinself for 2hrs baking day today ,banana and date loaf,carrot cake. victoria sponge, cherry lattiece tart, apple and rhubarb crumble !!!!!!!!

Today i managed a whole morning at the nest , with anita busy making quiches, rhubarb, and strawberry crumble, Carrot Cake, Date and Banana loaf ,and lots more were well stocked up now !!!!! lol
