Frozen 7” cakes from are now available at our Merrimilk ‘Milk Hut’ at Merrivale Farm!

After freezing cakes for customers over the past couple of years, Emily is delighted to now have them ready and waiting for you at Merrimilk.

Perfect for popping straight in the freezer and keeping on hand for any occasion or defrosting right away if you need a last-minute treat. 😋

They will keep in the freezer for up to 1 month and taste just as delicious once defrosted.

Why not grab one on your next visit to the milk hut? As you can see there is a delicious selection of flavours available!

A delight to be asked to bake some flapjack goodness for Sam Stables on his massive mission this week to help raise awareness of mental health in farming. Raising money for his own charity We Are Farming Minds and the National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs, he is walking from Ross on Wye to London with 142 miles to walk over 5 days. He starts tomorrow at 7am from Ross on Wye livestock market and finishing in London on Friday evening.

❄️❄️FROZEN CAKES❄️❄️

After a bit of a re-think with cakes and having done frozen cakes for a long time now, I’ve decided to sell small frozen cakes. They’re enough for 8 people and defrost in a few hours. Ideal to keep you prepared for any future events you may have or even just for a next day treat.
It’s just a small plan at the moment so I will only have a couple of each flavour but will keep them topped up as and when needed. Will have to bear with til I know how it’s going to work out.
There will be cakes available by this weekend so if you may be interested then please send me a message and I can send details.
It’ll be collection only from Merrimilk and they’ll be put out for when you want it.

It’s been quite a few days of baking lately 😮‍💨
30 frozen and 10 fresh all on their way up north for the Chandlers Belton - Chandlers Country Stores Open Day.
