✨ A trip down memory lane…✨

Looking back through some of the cakes I’ve created over the past few years.

Each one made with love, care, creativity and magic ☺️🤍

Here are a few of my favourites… 🍰

Ombre beauty ✨
Sometimes less really is more… although this cake was actually waiting for its finishing touches! 🎂
This beautiful ombre effect was created using my silky Italian meringue buttercream, blending the shades from light to dark for a soft, elegant finish.
The lovely customer wanted to decorate the cake themselves, so I supplied the buttercream beauty and left the final creative touches to them. 🤍
Too pretty not to share
✨ Smooth Italian meringue buttercream
✨ Beautiful ombre colouring
✨ A blank canvas ready for your own creativity

There are so many buttercreams, which is your favourite?

Italian meringue buttercream takes a lot longer to make but the end result is worth it
