I don’t actually make cakes commercially any more but popped out of retirement to make a wedding cake for my son and his new wife…. congratulations Jacob and Katie!!! 💕

To go with the Seafood Cake, a Gin & Tonic Jelly!.... filled a 12 litre fish tank with G&T jelly, with injected lime mousse seaweeds and moulded lime mousse fish.
