Last Friday I went to the first Wokingham Coeliac UK Meet-Up at the Sedero Lounge.
It was lovely to speak to people in a similar boat to you, we spoke about absolutely everything, from local recommendations, to how we’re being supported as coeliacs. I learnt more about coeliac disease, even after being coeliac for 6 years!
If you can make the next one I really do recommend popping down! It’s the first Friday of every month between 10am - 12pm. Anyone can attend these meet-ups, you don’t have to be a member of coeliac UK, and you don’t have to be diagnosed coeliac. You also don’t have to stay for the whole duration, you can pop in for as long as you, just look out for someone in an orange Coeliac UK T-Shirt 😁🧡
