Join me in December for a fun and festive dessert making half day class. ✨
During the session you will learn how to roll and decorate a delicious and decadent hazelnut and milk chocolate Yule log. You will make a wonderfully light and silky hazelnut crème mousseline, assemble the Yule log, encasing the sponge in a milk chocolate ganache and then decorating the dessert with festive decorations.
