After years of persuasion from friends and family I have finally found time to start sharing my cake decorating on a small professional basis and would love to be able to create a cake for your special occasion. by friends and family at parties, rather than professionally staged. At the end of the day your cake will be a bespoke design, created after consultations and searches to find exactly what you would like. I’ve had the honour this weekend of being involved with Dinkydoodle at Cake International. As an academy member I was asked to make a cake for their students stand using any of the Dinkydoodle kits. These kits are amazing, making impossible cakes easy. I chose two of the new standing numbers and here they are, on display at the worlds biggest cake show!

A cake maybe?
Oh wait, what about a cake, that looks like a bottle of your favourite fizz, that is really cake, but actually pours out champagne. Two favourites rolled into one. Magic!

Everything you see here is cake (apart from the board and a bit of internal support holding up the red cake.

This was a huge cake - so heavy it took 2 people to lift it into place.
And as the celebrations were Ryder Cup week and held at the “home” of the Ryder Cup the bag had to be a replica of the team bag.
