We decided to try out selling homemade bread.

To begin with, we'll have 2 sizes, 1 kg-2,2 pounds and 1,6 kg-3,52 pounds.

The bread made by us contains only high proteine flour, yeast, salt and water.

Hopefully will catch the public 🙂

After a rather long break from business (unforeseen circumstances), here is an extra chocolatey cake. As i don't work with icing, ignore the imperfections (this is the first icing covered cake i made).

Moist chocolate sponge, chocolate syrup, chocolate cream (mascarpone, chocolate, cream).

We have some boxes with selection of cake slices, the boxes weigh between 480g and 490g.

Vanilla sponge (moist) + forest fruit sauce+ mascarpone and vanilla bean seeds cream;

Chocolate sponge (moist) + rom flavoured chocolate cream (non alcoolic) + chocoate glaze;

Chocolate sponge + chocolate mousse with dark chocolate drizzels + rasberry jelly + rasberry mousse;

Poppy seed sponge + vanilla mousse (crème pâttisière with vanilla bean seeds) + biscoff biscuits dipped in coffee (Lavazza expresso) + chocolate glaze.

This is a trial for people to try out some of our cakes/flavours.

These are only a few sortiments, but we do many other flavours, is only matter of asking🙂
