Thank you to the mystery person who left this beautifully painted stone at The Bread Shed pick up point this week. And thank you for all the other little painted gifts we see around the village! Maybe we'll see you at St Keverne Farmers market tomorrow!

Test running some brioche loaves for Helston Farmers Market Saturday morning 9.30 to 12.30. Made with naturally fermented levain, eggs, butter, milk and sugar. If you like them I'll make more next month!

So here's a thing to cook up after a trip to Helston Farmers Market this Saturday. Take a loaf of Bread Shed Bread, take a round of the excellent Treveador Farm Dairy Camembert Cheese. place one inside the other, use plentry of Olive Oil and garlic, heat it up in your oven and tear up the bread and dig in like hungry gannets!

Looking forward to St Keverne Farmers' Market tomorrow morning 9.00am to 1.00pm. I'll be bringing the Bread Shed Porridge Loaf to a market for the first time. Made with a mix of white and wholemeal organic flour, oats, honey and milk, it's a light and airy sandwich loaf with lots of oaty goodness!

Something new on the Bread Shed stall at Helston Farmers Market tomorrow. Organic Muesli! Oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and almonds and some sweet Thompson raisins. In 800g bags.
