So here's a thing to cook up after a trip to Helston Farmers Market this Saturday. Take a loaf of Bread Shed Bread, take a round of the excellent Treveador Farm Dairy Camembert Cheese. place one inside the other, use plentry of Olive Oil and garlic, heat it up in your oven and tear up the bread and dig in like hungry gannets!

Looking forward to St Keverne Farmers' Market tomorrow morning 9.00am to 1.00pm. I'll be bringing the Bread Shed Porridge Loaf to a market for the first time. Made with a mix of white and wholemeal organic flour, oats, honey and milk, it's a light and airy sandwich loaf with lots of oaty goodness!

Something new on the Bread Shed stall at Helston Farmers Market tomorrow. Organic Muesli! Oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and almonds and some sweet Thompson raisins. In 800g bags.

The rye loaves are already out of the ovens for tomorrow's Helston Farmers Market . The flavour of rye bread develops over time so it's worth baking early to make the most of that. Other loaves, baguettes and buns will be fresh out tomorrow morning!

Have I missed something out on today's baking session for Helston Farmers Market Saturday morning? It's 9.45pm and I'm done for the evening. Might even get 3 hours sleep tonight! 😴
All the usual sourdoughs, baguettes and buns. Stollen too. Come along early in case we run out. Market runs 9.30 to 12.30

Baking on the go and we'll see you at Helston Farmers Market. No time to make sticky buns or the lovely Olive and Gruyere but plenty of other breads available
