More done today in the bakery, Tony bought me this lovely little gift of home baking, I love it and it will have pride of place in the bakery.
The one thing I've dreamed of forever was a Kitchen Aid Mixer and now it's happened.
Eeek I'm excited to say the least and the support I have from my future husband Tony Portas i look forward to a happy and prosperous life ###

Hi all

So Tony has been busy decorating and building the cooker unit, the electrician is coming soon to wire the cooker up.
Hopefully ready to open on the 1st of May.
I will also have a Cake Hut available by the front door when I am not available.

Hi guy's just an bit about me, some of you may remember me for baking cakes a few years ago, but due to the pressures of a growing family I had to give up.
I am now in a position to re start my Home baking business again and I am so looking forward to creating more cakes for you to enjoy.
I will be working part time from home, as I will be continuing my role within the ambulance service.
I will of course post when I am open and available to make cakes, cheesecakes, cakesickles, cake cups, fudge, chutneys and more.
I look forward to seeing you all again xx
