Why not send something a little different? Each of our gift boxes comes with a full list of ingredients/allergens and also includes a gift card, on which we can handwrite a short message from you. Alternatively, for a small additional charge, you can choose to include a beautiful 'Whistlefish' greetings card, with a personal hand written message. Our boxes can be posted using 'Next Day' delivery v

ia postal/courier services. We are also registered with Cornwall Council/Environmental Health. Being as Eco-Friendly as possible, is really important to us. Everything we use from our packaging and stationery to our tiny box seals, being either recyclable or whenever possible, compostable. Even our little pudding pots do not have sticky labels on them, so they can be re-used, as they are both microwave and dishwasher proof, as well as being recyclable, when you eventually want to dispose of them

So next time you are sending a gift, why not send something that is not only eco-friendly but something that you know they will enjoy?

Why not join us for lunch or dinner on Sunday?

If you fancy roast, we will be serving topside of Cornish beef and shoulder of Cornish pork, alongside both vegetarian and vegan options.

If you are looking for something other than roast, a selection of dishes from our main menu will also be available.

Lunch is served from 12 noon and dinner from 5pm.

As you are probably now aware, Trinity Hall, Porkellis, Helston, Cornwall, will no longer be holding their Monthly Produce and Craft Markets on the last Saturday of the month.

Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer have the great privilege to serve all the amazing customers who supported PUDS 'N' BAKES there and I just wanted to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to you all.

Going forward, I will be placing more postal items on my website to go alongside my steamed puddings, I will continue to bake for my growing number of commercial clients and should any of you have any specific cake/pudding requests, I will be delighted to either deliver locally (Porkellis / Halwin / Carnkie / Rame areas) or you are welcome to collect.
