2025 has been so busy! Managed to get a few cakes between GCSEs, passing my CBT, prom, holiday, starting college and getting a job! I can’t wait to see what 2026 will bring! Merry Christmas everyone 🎅🏼

Happiest 8th birthday Annabelle!
This is the first square cake I’ve made and I really enjoyed it, it was quite a challenge to get all the squares iced but I really love how it turned out!

Really enjoyed being back baking to make Vinnies cake this month! Love how this turned out!
I’ve also had work experience in a bakery, I went to the pastry corner in Southsea for two days and had a great time.
Hopefully I’ll have more cakes to come through the summer too 🤩

It’s been a quiet few months, I had a cookery competition with my school (I didn’t win, but I did have a great day) and now I’m back doing a few cakes for friends and family at my nans house because we have no kitchen!
