Introducing 'Turning Seasons'
A new collaboration between two Hebden chefs with a shared passion for celebrating seasonal food, nature and gathering around the table.
Our very first seasonal dining experience will take place on Sunday 21st June, on the Summer Solstice. To honour the longest day of the year, we invite you to join us for a Midsummer Night’s Dream-inspired evening beneath the open sky — floral, romantic and a little bit magical. Dress to suit is warmly encouraged. This first date is now SOLD OUT but due to such HIGH DEMAND we've managed to add another day! Our second Summer dining event will be on July 12th.
Arrive at the beautiful church ruins of Heptonstall at 5pm, where you’ll be welcomed with a floral cocktail as golden evening settles over the stones.
Then gather for a three-course seasonal feast, celebrating all the flavours summer has to offer, with ingredients thoughtfully sourced from local growers and producers.
After your starter, you’ll be invited to create and adorn a willow flower crown using locally grown blooms from .
The evening continues with two more courses, finishing with a beautiful live performance from a local celloist as the sun begins to set.
