A floral dream.

A beautiful 6 inch celebration cake we made recently. Four layers of luscious sponge topped with silky buttercream. Then decorated with beautiful, edible flowers.

We are planning to start selling standard set cakes which require no consultation. Flavours and decoration will be set with flowers being dependent on season. This will be a great option for those who don't have a set bespoke design in mind but still want to have a special centrepiece cake.

This will be at a slightly lower price than our bespoke cakes and more details will be released soon on our website. So keep those eyes peeled!

We are back at Pollen this weekend!

After missing last month's market, we are so excited to be back with the wonderful Flowers. They will have their beautiful British grown flowers available to buy and brighten your homes.

Alongside that, we will be selling our signature floral brownies and some delicious spring treats with our cupcakes.

Just over a week since the wonderful Love Sadler Gate Spring Market. What a wonderful day it was. The sun was shining and you all came out to enjoy the beautiful setting of Electric Daisy Derby

Special thank you to TUBO Gift Shop for organizing such an amazing event. Really showcasing the best of Derby. Thanks to Jamie for all the support at Electric Daisy Derby . And of course big thank you to Vicky Greystone Flowers for joining me for the day!

Our first market of the year this weekend, and it's a good one. We are returning to with this Sunday.

Pollen is a wonderful market and such a lovely day out. So many amazing stallholders with environmentally conscious products and flowers at the heart of what they do!

Christmas Chocolate Cake

Introducing our limited edition Christmas Chocolate Cake. Filled with your choice of Salted Caramel or Chocolate Orange filling. And of course decorated with edible flowers, foliage and fruit.

Now available for order in December. The perfect centrepiece-turned-dessert for your Christmas event.

This year's cakes will be 6 inch, four layer cakes and will serve 12-15 large portions. Priced at £85. We only have a small number available so order today to avoid disappointment.

Our closest collection dates for Christmas are Saturday 23rd December 10-11am and 4-5pm. We have some limited delivery slots available, please contact us to discuss deliveries.

For any dates prior to Christmas we need at least 3 days notice.

Our last date for orders for postal brownies in time for Christmas is Tuesday 19th December. Brownies will be posted on the last guaranteed Royal Mail postal day before Christmas (20th December).

Please note, our Raspberry Brownies will not be available for Christmas delivery as the fresh food element means they may not be at their best if opened on Christmas Date. Our Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chip brownies will be deliciously fudgy though!!
