Here is a beautiful gluten free caramel cake. Filled with caramel and white chocolate buttercream. Decorated with white chocolate buttercream in a pale peach and pastel pink. Handmade matching white chocolate decorations, edible gold splatter effect and gold leaf. We love the colours combined with gold, so pretty! So enjoyed creating this one.

It’s that time of the year again when my big one wants a cookie pie instead of a cake for his birthday. Sweet 16 gluten free cookie pie. Triple chocolate chip cookie pie crust filled with Nutella and white chocolate spread. Plus 20 (yes 20 😳) Mini Kinder Bars. He LOVED it! Does it taste gluten free? No, you can’t tell 🎉

So much fun making this cute little guy! Gluten Free Vanilla Sponge with Vanilla Swiss Buttercream. Handmade shells, foliage and axolotl for a 10th birthday celebration! I placed him on a small, covered cake board so he could be kept. Although edible the birthday boy didn’t want to eat him. Too cute to eat anyway!
