This week I had to make my granddaughters birthday cake. I’m not going to lie, I was bricking it and totally overthinking it. I’ve not made a cake in 9 months! She was quite adamant what she wanted on it. I’m glad to say I haven’t lost it, although the weather was testing me.

As a cake maker I had lots of highlights but having some cakes in print was really special
