Some pasty companies opt to buy their pastry in.

And we kinda understand why…It’s a lot of hard work, and great pastry doesn’t happen by accident.

But our shortcrust pastry and our flakey pastry have become one of our trademarks over the years, and it’s what keeps a lot of people coming back for more pasties!

Freshly made, from scratch, everyday…except Sunday.

Dave [heads up our pastry team] needs a break from the 2am alarm at least one day a week, eh 😉

Seriously though, during peak season, our pastry team can be in the bakery from 1am, preparing the pastry, which needs time to rest etc

A seriously good upgrade has landed in the shops this week…

Our doughnuts are all made fresh in-house, and hearing locals call them the best doughnuts they’ve ever had is a massive compliment to our team, thank you 🙏

So we decided to rework the process and create these new long split-bun style doughnuts, filled with fresh cream & finished with a ribbon of jam.

Next time you’re in for a Pasty, you’ve got to give one of these a try, the old version was good but now they’re way better👌🏼
