Happy Bread Week, Bake Off fans! 🍞💗

I was going to attempt either the signature or technical but I had already made garlic bread and forgot to film it and I’m exhausted this week.

But I had made some iced buns inspired by the Greggs iced split.

can we PLEASE take a minute to discuss why Greggs stopped doing those?! 😭🥲

I decided to make mine as little round buns instead, because why make life harder for yourself when you don’t have to? 😂

I did forget to film the decorating part, but honestly, it’s not exactly rocket science… fresh cream, icing and sprinkles, and we’re good to go! ✨

Now, Greggs… if you’re listening, BRING BACK THE ICED SPLITS. 🙏🏼💗

🍰 AUDIENCE CHOICE WEEK🍰

This week’s technical challenge was a little different — the bakers could choose what they wanted from the ingredients in the cupboards 👀

It also ties in perfectly with the signature challenge… although mine is **NOT** a baked cheesecake because, quite frankly, I hate them 😂🙈

I’m very particular when it comes to cheesecake, and for me it’s all about that biscuit base. The more biscuit, the better! 🤣

So, here’s my take on a cheesecake for Audience Choice Week and whatever I had in the cupboard— what would you make for your technical challenge? 👩‍🍳🍰
