WE NEED MORE STAFF! £14.50 per hour + bonuses or generous commission (all payed via BACS) (loads of our team do an odd day around their full time job).
We have 2/3 days a week to fill.
We are looking for people that are good with children, can interact with the public and drive a ‘transit’ sized van.
No experience is necessary and full training will be given. You will have to be able to operate basic apps on our vans tablets.

We run daily until the end of October and start again Feb / March time. You will be operating on our local established and licensed rounds. We also cover most local events.

Weekdays hours would be (extra hours available in warm weather) 2pm-7pm
Weekends 12pm-8pm

We work a rota every month and fit all our staff on what suits them (you send us the dates that work for you). Many of our drivers do 1 or 2 days per week around their full time job to supplement their income.

Vans are cleaned and stocked daily. You turn up at our unit on the industrial estate and the van is ready to go!

What we are looking for:
- Reliable and honest people.
- People that are good with the public (especially children).
- Someone that will keep the van clean and have good hygiene standards.
- Be confident driving a transit size van.
- You must be able to use basic apps on the vans tablet for payments, orders and maps.
- You will need to complete a food hygiene course (we will pay for course).
- You will need to pass a DBS check (we will cover costs).
- You will need to be over 25 (minimum age for insurance, no maximum).

We are a small local family run business that has been trading for 27 years locally. It really is a fun job and is also really rewarding. Most of our current team have been with us for at least 5 years and love their job.

LINTON - Unfortunately we won’t have a van on the rec today (29th July) or next Wednesday (5th Aug). We will be back Thursday and Friday this week but at the slightly later times of 12.30-3.30pm.
Linton Parish council will still have the pavilion open with drinks and snacks (and toilets) between 11-3.

Going to be a hot one today, if you are coming to the chalkstone fun day make sure you have plenty of sun cream and drinks with you!
We have 2 vans on the fun day and our other van is busy doing work visits. All 3 vans will be on rounds later.

All set up and ready to serve you at Linton rec, lovely area with a large park, huge green areas for picnics & games 😎
Toilets and other refreshments also available.

LINTON - ICE CREAM IN THE PARK
Our friends at Linton Parish council are opening up the pavilion on the Recreation ground on Mon-Fri throughout the summer holidays. This means that the toilets will be open and there will be hot and cold drinks as well as snacks available to buy.
We are also going to attend this week between 11-3. We will have all of our menus available, so if you fancy an ice cream, lolly or even one of our dessert trays then pop over and see us.
If there is enough demand, weather dependent we will be there every weekday throughout the holidays. If not we will try 1 or 2 afternoons a week.
Our vans will still be on normal rounds (Linton is on Sundays) and we have delivery slots available as normal.

Card machine working again 🥵

Unfortunately our card machine network is currently down. All drivers have our bank details if you want to make a direct bank transfer at the van or we can take cash. Until they are back online (hopefully soon), no card payments unfortunately.

Weather forecast is looking great 😎. These bootsales are always very well attended, so get your car loaded, set your alarm clock and get your stall set.
We’ve also got our alarm set and will be there so you can treat yourself to a sweet treat for a good mornings takings - or bargains purchased!
