WE ARE HIRING!!!

We are looking for another night baker to join our team. We are also looking for someone to work just the Friday night. You will be trained on the job but must have some experience and be able to work with others. You will be trained in all aspects of the trade including table work, making doughs, hand moulding bread and baking doughnuts etc. We will also teach the icing and finishing to the doughnuts. WE ARE HIRING!!!!

We have another vacancy for a night baker. We need someone for 6 nights a week but we could possibly split this down between 2 people if we can. The job will entail table work which includes weighing up the doughs and hand moulding the dough into loaves. There will also be preparation work to get the doughs ready and mixed. We will also be teaching how to do the buns and donuts and how to finish them off. That will include the frying and the icing. The hours will be 8pm til 3am. Due to these hours we can only employ over 21s. Please if interested send your CV to [email protected].

We would like to thank the person who has taken it upon themselves to complain about how we are operating under Covid restrictions to the council. The council have sent out COVID ambassadors to review what we are doing. I am pleased to report that they are entirely satisfied with the way that we are working, no problems identified.
