I’m heartbroken but I have to follow medical advice and take a proper break from baking. It’s a hard slog, but I love it. I live to make brownies!! I am so grateful for each and every one of you, and I hope to see some familiar faces over the next two days. This is not quite the Easter message I wanted to put out, but sometimes the universe has its own plans.

Reluctantly, and following medical advice (or rather a lecture from my doctor!), we have been forced to close until further notice.

I’m hoping I’ll be back sooner rather than later, but I have to do as I’m told to ensure that I don’t end up needing even longer off.

Unfortunately being disabled and having a physically strenuous business don’t always go together!
