Do you ever get ridiculously excited over ingredients? 🙈 For years I have been chopping crystallised ginger by hand .. Now, NOW I have the luxury of Ginger Dragon crystallised ginger PIECES! So the 55% dark ginger & orange bar just got an upgrade - and I'm even thinking of trialing 55% ginger & lime just so I can use it some more haha! 🫚🍊🍋‍🟩

Ok, ok, I'm a little late out of the starting blocks this year .. but while a horrid viral infection + dental abscesses have kept me out of the studio, I haven't been idle! THREE new flavours have made it through testing - so watch this space .. 🍏🥧🍒🥃🍇

Thank you so much to everyone who braved the awful weather to come and support The Chocolate Fairy at Helmshore Textile Museum today ❤️❤️❤️ It was a brilliant event - as usual - and one we look forward to every year. For the first time in over 5 years we very nearly sold out 😯 and would have done but for the fact that we had no internet reception where our stall was located. This is only to be expected in an old stone mill with 3ft thick walls, but not everyone carries cash .. A few people made direct payments, and one lovely lady sent her husband off to the nearest cash point(!) 🏃 but doesn't it show the changing nature of the world we live in when everything comes crashing down without the internet?? 🤔 So Happy Christmas to one and all - we look forward to doing it all again in 2026! ###xx
