Any small food places have any advice over food deliveries?
I feel like I’m hitting a brick wall constantly.
Uber eats now want a monthly payment from me, but they take commission from every sale 🤯
Just eat want to know every little detail of my life, and I don’t know how to answer the questions to even get somebody to contact me.
And Hartlepool eats never got back in touch with me, months and months ago now.

Still plenty of high protein meals in the grab and go fridge:
Halloumi with rice and veg
Sticky soy chicken with coconut rice and veg
Sweet chilli chicken stuffed potato boat (sweet potato 😋)

Full menu also available to eat in or takeaway.

Banana bread is back.
Have it in its own or pair it with fruit and yogurt for a nutritious treat. Who said treats have to be calorific?!

Meal prep for this Sunday and next Thursday.
Just a heads up, I will be away 5th November-9th November.
The cafe will be open but reduced hours, Sky is being in charge 😬🫣
But this means no meal prep in two weeks so you may want to get some extra meals and freeze them, or you are on your own for a few days 😂
Don’t forget you receive 10% off your very first meal prep order. And as always I will be making extra and stocking the cafe so feel free to run in and grab a meal or two when passing.

Next week we have got some kiddie events going on. It’s been a while!
Why not enjoy an evening of Halloween activities followed by a game of pool with the kids?
Events are priced per person, no age limit!
Gather your friends and enjoy an hour or two of Halloween chaos.
I will share the updated menu as soon as I can but think smaller portions for those smaller tummies.

Happy Wednesday!
Cafe open 9am-2.30pm and 5pm-7.30pm
Golf open from 5pm

High protein grab and go meals have been restocked!
I nipped to Aldi yesterday and managed to make quite a few meals last night (probably too many 🫣)

I now have, sticky soy chicken with coconut rice and broccoli, Gochujang halloumi with rice, broccoli and peas, and sweet potato loaded boats (sweet chilli chicken and peppers or creamy mushroom chicken)
£6 each or 4 for £22

All meals will last in the fridge until Sunday or can be frozen and defrosted when needed.

Regular menu available all day and night too.

This week’s opening hours.
Going to have a little break in between lunch and tea this week, but if you know you are coming in and want it between those hours just let me know and I will be there.

Hours will be back to all day and night next week for half term, with a couple of little events on. I will get those events written up and shared asap 🎉
