Our Story
Andersons has been baking steak pies since 1933. The recipe has changed very little if not for a few improvements. The business was called Robinsons for quite a few years but even then the town folk of Hartlepool still referred to the pies as Andersons. The bakery has moved from it`s original location at Ashgrove Avenue to the new location on ParkView next door to National Windscreeen where we have settled in quite nicely. You can still pop in for pie & peas as well as other favourites like mince & dumplings. We are still supplying top notch Pie & Pea suppers and buffets.
