I need to make this post as direct and to the point as I can. So here goes.
Earlier in the week an individual was caught taking items from the shop without paying for them. This was, unfortunately someone who has been coming to the shop for some time.
This is not acceptable.
Stealing will not be tolerated, and should you choose to do this and are caught, you will be banned from coming to the shop, full stop.

I am a small business, I am assisted by my family and friends to make sure the shop can be here. That I can be here to help people. I will always do my best for people, and that is why this incident feels more like a slap in the face than anything else.

The incident is resolved, the individual knows where they stand and that position will not change. I will not change my mind. I am done with them.

Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter. I did not think I would ever have to make a post like this, but thats how it goes.

Orders for Edible Prints and Laser Cut Toppers can be made in advance for the period of time we are closed. You would just need to place them before the 22nd so that we can make sure that we can fulfil them.

*EDIBLE PRINTS*

I will be away from Friday 8th August 2025, to Saturday 23rd August 2025.

The shop will be open, but *Edible Prints* will not be available.

Laser cut toppers will be available to order the usual day of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. These are done by my Father-in-law.

We are closed the 25th August 2025 as it is a Bank Holiday Monday.

Prints will resume as normal on the 26th August 2025.
To cover some information regarding *Edible Prints*.
A4 Pages are £3.50,
Pre-cut Cupcake topper which are 5cm in diameter are 30p each.
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to get these done.

I would just like to say thank you in advance, the last day for ordering your prints will be the 7th August. I will not be at the shop when you collect after this date but the shop is open its usual times.

Please do not do this, it is not me. Unless you are dealing with myself directly you are not dealing with Cozzmic Cakes.
The account name is under 'Titely Jeanette'. They do not, and have never worked with or for me. Please do not reach out to this person either, I have reported this.
Please be cautious, if you know me, you know I will always do my best for people. I do not appreciate someone pretending to be the business that I, and family have worked so hard to build up.

Good afternoon, wonderful people!
It's that time of year again when I need to make samples for weddings.
I will be putting together boxes on Saturday, the 15th of February.
These can be collected between 9.30 am and 2 pm from the shop on Whitby Street South.
Please can you contact me by WhatsApp to confirm this date is OK. (The business page messanger is terrible, and I don't always get the notifications. I don't want anyone to miss out.)
If you have had samples from me already for your wedding and would like some more, these would need to be paid for.
If you just fancy some cupcakes for the weekend, I'm opening the doors to this too.
Boxes of 6, £7.50 boxes of 12 £14.
This is limited to the flavours I will be producing. These are... Vanilla, Lemon, Caramel, Biscoff, Raspberry, Cherry and Almond, Red Velvet, Chocolate, Chocolate Orange, and Chocolate Mint.
Please confirm your choices in your message to me, and if there are any allergies I need to know about. I may be delayed replying over weekend as we have a load if homework with boys to do but I will get back to messages on Monday and make sure I things sorted!
