Our Mission

For over 10 years my family has had a passion for free from products. With 3 generations of coeliacs we take it very seriously. We started off baking at home in our kitchen, unsatisfied with what was in the supermarkets, my parents (a registered nutrionest) began running free from baking courses and created their own flour blend. I have developed their vision into Free From Flour Co.

We provide high quality, completely allergen free, all purpose plain flour to: hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food service and at home bakers.

Our mill and storage facilities are BRC accredited to the highest standards.
