We can't quite believe that this time next week the doors will open for Harrogate Society of Magicians Presents: The Full Box Set 2026 at the Pannal Village Hall and a whole load of magic and mirth will be unleased on our audience, from the four magical boxes of our four Yorkshire magicians!

'Wow!', 'How did he do that??', ' That's Impossible!'

This is some of the feedback we have received from our magic shows over the last few years, here at the HSM, and is why we keep producing new shows, such as The Harrogate Society of Magicians Presents: The Full Box Set 2026 on Saturday 12th September at the Pannal Village Hall.

Here is another mystifying trick from our current president Graham Dowling, who will be opening up his 'Box of Impossibilities' as part of the show. In a previous HSM close up show, Graham genuinely made one spectator say 'That's just madness!' after one of his tricks. involving a jigsaw!

We are so thankful to the Pannal Village Hall for once again hosting us for our next magical evening The Harrogate Society of Magicians Presents: The Full Box Set 2026 on Saturday 12th September at 7pm.

It has been over 5 years now since the HSM starting holding their monthly meetings in their Function Room and this will be our fourth ticketed show since our 75th anniversary show back in 2022!

One member who has been in every HSM production at the Pannal Village Hall, and has been a HSM member for nearly 10 years now, is the one and only Gary Potter Magician, who will once again be performing his unique and hilarious comedy magic with us.

Here is a snippet of Gary performing one of his mystifying magic effects, close up, in a similar setup to what you will experience if you join us on Saturday 12th September. Why not grab one of the last few remaining tickets now, before its too late? (ticketing link in the comments!)

The countdown to The Harrogate Society of Magicians Presents: The Full Box Set 2026, on Saturday 12th September at the Pannal Village Hall, continues with another sneak peak, this time into the mysterious magical world of the R**t Good Yorkshire Magicians Magic Company (of which many of the HSM members frequent!).

Specifically our resident magic 'dealer' Rob Hutchinson Magic, who has his very own Yorkshire magic shop at the HALLS of Ripon, will be showing us some of his r**t good Yorkshire tricks, fresh out of the box!

Very sad to hear about the passing of the legend in magic that was Juan Tamariz! 😢

So many of our members were fans of his work, learnt his stack or were influenced by his creativity and insights into performing magic.

Some of us were even lucky enough to meet him... He was always so generous with his time and encouragement... Here's to a true legend, whose work will never be forgotten! 🍻
