Simple. We still do it the slow way 🧁
83 years, four generations of the same family and we're still here doing much the same thing that John Doyle started in 1943.
Technologies have come along, processes have sped up but we know that some things are worth keeping exactly as they are. That’s why our bakes taste like when you were little- because we haven’t changed how we make them.
The same care and time goes into our products as it had since before we had the choice to do that, even now that we could take shortcuts if we wanted to.
