Lemon and Raspberry Biscuit Slice - not sure if this one will make the menu, may need tweaking. It's nice, but very sweet and a bit chewy

Big thank you to everyone that come down yesterday and purchased from me.

I doubled up on sausage rolls and still sold out before 12 🤦🏼‍♀️😂. Very successful Sunday.

Don't forget the market is on next month but unfortunately I won't be there due to a prior commitment elsewhere. As there will be no market in September either, we will be back in October. I look forward to seeing you all then and thank you all for your continued support.
