Sourdough Update
Our sourdough fridge has decided to cause a little mischief today! Unfortunately, the temperature wasn’t quite right for a slow, steady proof, and our sourdough got a bit too excited and had far too much fun before bake time.
Because of this, we won’t have any sourdough available today. We’re really sorry for the disappointment.
The good news is that our baker is staying behind to fix the issue and make sure everything is back on track. We’ll be baking fresh sourdough for tomorrow, and to make up for today’s inconvenience, we’re having a Sourdough Sale tomorrow!
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We promise fresh, properly behaved sourdough will be waiting for you tomorrow!
